Supervive’s battle royal system mixes quite well with its MOBA elements. The latter inspires a massive roster in the game, where each character has different abilities, advantages, and playstyles. Therefore, this variation means that not all hunters will play the same.

Many of them require hours of practice to master, while others are relatively easy to pick up. For the newcomers, we have compiled a top 5 list of the best Hunters for Beginners in this guide. Check out which character suits you the best.

Best 5 Hunters for Beginners in Supervive

Supervive has a total of twenty-two characters in the game. But that does not mean that all of those hunters will suit your playstyle. Every single character has their own weapons, abilities, traits, and perks. Thus, to make the process of choosing your first character easier for you, we have compiled this list of the best five beginner-friendly hunters in Supervive.

1. Felix

Class: Frontliner

A fox with a flamethrower might not be the first image that pops into your head when you think about a strong character in MOBA. However, Felix defies the average expectations, and he is easily one of the easiest yet dominating hunters in Supervive. However, his kit is melee, or rather, close-range combat-focused. So, attacking enemies will require you to get up close.

All of his abilities are fire-based; however, Heat Shield is surely the most effective. The shield essentially provides Felix the endurance needed for a tank while keeping his movement intact. In addition to that, the Pyro Pounce and Embry Bolt are also quite fun to use.

2. Oath

Class: Frontliner

It is pretty evident that Theorycraft created Oath to take the lead during battles. The Mecha Paladin shows off his quality whenever he conjures a big, bright shield to protect himself from damage and nullify the enemy’s attacks. That mixed with the Shield Dash already makes this hunter a formidable character, but his specialties do not end there.

What makes Oath even more effective is the ability to heal everyone in his surroundings, including his own shield. Lastly, the hunter’s ultimate ability, named the Abyssalwalker, has multiple usages, and with a little bit of practice, you can master it in no time.

3. Shrike

Class: Fighter

Deviating from melee characters, the next on our list is Shrike. Many would say that she is one of the stronger shooters in the game and is tailor-made for people who prefer a more ranged-combat experience.

Her passive ability allows you to mark a target and deal extra damage to it with your next bullet. In addition to that, her other skills, such as the Dive-Bomb and Disengage, help your aiming further by stunning and slowing down targets. However, despite being quite strong, Shrike’s potential maximizes when she has teammates who can distract enemies for her.

4. Kingpin

Class: Initiator

Kingpin in Supervive excels in pulling enemies in and then blasting them with his shotgun. If that sounds fun to you, then the character would be a great choice for the early stages of the game. His hook ability is quite easy to use, and you can easily learn with a little bit of time in the practice arena.

Its range goes quite far, and it is a great tool for surprising enemies and pulling them out of their cover. Moreover, Kingpin can also stun opponents, which will give you a good window to use your shotgun on helpless foes. And since Kingpin pairs well with nearly every other hunter in the game, he is a no-brainer choice for newcomers and veterans alike.

5. Ghost

Class: Fighter

Players will Ghost quite early in the game because he is the tutorial character. He arguably has the simplest kit in the entire game. If you are looking for a reliable character who does not have complicated abilities and can just shoot enemies, then he is your guy. Ghost’s weapon and abilities are designed around damage and dazing.

However, his ultimate adds a layer of complexity and dynamic to his character, and it is also quite effective against multiple enemies if they are standing close and still. Lastly, Ghost’s basic but reliable and consistent skillset makes him ideal for beginners in Supervive.
