ESO Patch 1.6.1

This includes fixes for various animations, abilities, the Justice System, and more. FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS Alliance War General Fixed an issue that sometimes resulted in battle-leveled player characters gaining a higher than intended bonus to crit from Enemy Keep bonuses. The Emperor Alliance bonus has been adjusted for the larger combat numbers in this patch. It now grants significantly more health.
