In order to capture an Endemic Life in Monster Hunter Wilds, you need to have a capture net. Equip it on your slinger and then fire it on the target you are trying to capture.

Use Ghillie Mantle To Prevent Detection

If you struggle to capture an Endemic Life due to being detected, you can use a Ghillie Mantle to lower the detection range of targets. This also works on larger monsters that you hunt in the game. This makes it easier to do a sneak attack on targets to deal bonus damage on your first hit.
