What Happened During Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Live Event?
The action-packed event showed players an intense battle involving Daigo. He started off the event by combining the floating, which created a golden mask. He wore an extremely powerful mask to try and bring his sister, Jade out of the portal. She appeared and almost reached her brother when she was yanked back inside. Instead, in her place, it is Shogun X who stepped out of the void, ready to engage in furious combat.
As the villain tried to finish off Daigo, the latter unleashed his new powers thanks to the golden mask. The scene suddenly shifts and now both Shogun X and Daigo are floating mid-air, ready to fight it out with each other. Daigo achieved a giant form, with gold streaks. Soon, both of them engaged in a fearful exchange where Daigo hits out with his dual blades. But, Shogun X seemed to be an equal and matched his strikes.
There came a point when the evil Shogun X kicked Daigo squarely across his face, causing him to crumble down. Even though Daigo rose again, Shogun X slashed him with his blade. But, just as the villain was about to finish him off, Daigo managed to strike him with several slashes of his own. This caused Shogun X’s essence to fly back inside the portal.
But something seemed to be wrong with the portal now, as its purple hue was replaced by golden streaks leaking out. Some form of gold liquid also seems to be seeping out of the portal.

How Could This Event Impact Chapter 6 Season 2?
While nothing is known for certain, players are assuming that this gold leaking out of the void will play a role going forward. Some believe that there will be an abundance of gold, which would lead to increased crime on the island. The lawlessness would be the perfect way to set up the impending Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 Lawless.
