What To Do With PDAs in Stalker 2

Are you all stocked up on PDAs while playing Stalker 2? You need not worry because we have figured out what to do with them at last.

PDAs in Stalker 2 are essentially a virtual hub in the wrecked ‘Zone’. Almost all characters have one because they keep individuals updated on what is happening around the map.

It is a one-stop destination if you wish to access the map, read notes, view the mission log, spend time training, or work with upgrades. However, these modern devices can’t perish with their users. So, you will find plenty of them lying around in The Zone when playing the game.

The first thing that you would want to do is walk up to an abandoned PDA and pick it up. This will transfer all the information that you may want to acquire for your own use. It could reveal the location of a nearby stash or item, a point of interest, a quest, or just some background lore for you to read.

When you pick up the PDA, the information will be transferred to your system right away, and you can then access it on either your map, mission log, or notes. But what comes next?

Once you pick up the abandoned PDAs, they are no longer useful. You must get rid of them right away. But the best way to do so is by selling them.

When you pick them up, you automatically obtain the data you need to extract from them, and they can now safely be thrown out of your inventory. This is necessary for space and weight management in your storage.

Unless a PDA is a quest item, you can interact with any vendor to sell a stack full of them. PDAs required for quest completion will be marked with an icon on the top left when you look at them in your inventory.

However, if you have a number of useless PDAs and just a few of them are required for a quest, you can safely sell the entire stack because quest items can’t be sold.

Mind you, they don’t make you lots of money. However, something is always better than nothing. So, whatever you get from selling these useless PDAs, be happy and grab an energy drink for Skif, if you can.
