Inviting all the villagers to your base in Enshrouded can really lighten it up. We are here with a guide to help you note their locations.
All the villagers in Enshrouded are the last NPCs that you will unlock. Unfortunately, in order to make your base more lively, you would have to wait until you are several hours into the game already.
First, every player must save and bring the craftspeople to their base. These fellows are helpful and essential in your quest to progress through Embervale smoothly. Once you start running errands for them, they will also ask you to fetch them their assistants.
So, the order in which you unlock NPCs in this game are first the craftspeople, secondly their assistants, and lastly, you can finally rescue villagers. This is primarily because this last group of NPCs don’t have much to offer, materialistically speaking.
Instead, they liven up the place you have built for yourself (and your friends if you play co-op). So, let’s learn where to find each one of these so you can wrap up your NPC collection.
Location of All Villagers in Enshrouded
There are a total of 7 craftspeople that you need to save first. After that, you have to locate 5 assistants as well. Now, it’s time to bring 10 more of your friends to the base.
You can find all of them by following the list given below:
- Robert Gibson: This villager in Enshrouded is found in Lupa’s Lair which is located southwest of Umber Hollow. Terraform the ground by digging down the rock in the main area. This will get you to the lower floor where Gibson is.
- Gabrielle Fairburn: You have to visit Surat’s Rest for this villager in Enshrouded. However, if you trek to this location, you will have to fight a bunch of enemies. We recommend gliding to the bonfire instead to avoid unnecessary risk.
- Hannah Reed: Visit Fort Kelvin, which is to the south of the Ancient Spire in Revelwoods. You have to enter the watchtower here, which is located at the west.
- Hugo Vanderhall: You can visit the Sun Temple now. You need to unlock Kindlewastes because you can’t visit here until you do. First, reach the Ancient Spire of Kindlewastes and glide south, and go to the balcony of the temple. There’s an enemy that you need to defeat first.
- Kaori Conway: Visit East Lapis on the east end of the map. You have to go to the southwest part of this town. Climb the rooftops and look for a hole in one of the houses. Enter the house through the hole, eliminate the rats in there, and interact with the corpse here.
- Marianne Reed: For this, you must reach the Vukah Ceremony Hill. There is also a Vukah Brawler waiting here for you before you can get what you came for. If you glide southeast from the Low Meadows Ancient Spire, you should be able to reach the target location fast.
- Gunther Galeforth: Reach the Balefire Garrison “Windward”. There are dragons here. Heading inside can be a little troublesome with them around because they will also be there once you come out. However, if you don’t wish to fight these mythical creatures, try avoiding them altogether.
- Anton Godwin: Head to the Drifa Gateway Outpost. You have to go north of Wickmouth for this one. After entering the tower, you will find some jail cells. The corpse that you are looking for is located in one of these cells.
- Oscar Godwin: Reach Rothstep in the Albaneve Summits. Head to the far end of the village. There is a Scavenger Tyrant and Wolf that you would have to fight here before entering the building close to the silver chest.
- Ramone Jones: The last member of your base can be found at Pikesmead’s Reach. There is an area here called Shanty Shacks. It is usually crawling with enemies. Head to the northwest of Shanty Shacks and enter a house that will let you go downstairs. Defeat the enemies here and interact with the bookshelf against a wall to access the hidden passage and eventually find Jones.
