Why Did Melina Goransson and Destiny Get a Divorce
In December 2023, Destiny said that he was “out” and that Melina Goransson needed to move out. They had been married since 2021 but were in an open marriage, which they were pretty candid about. The couple came into the limelight after Destiny said that his wife had become “obsessed with a toxic/abusive guy.”
The divorce rumors started when Melina had been stuck in Sweden for six months due to a trip. She was frequently streaming with a man named “Memetix.” On December 7, 2023, one of Destiny’s community members mentioned that Destiny had unfollowed and blocked his wife, Melina Goransson, on social media platforms.
This post brought in a wave of curiosity among their fans, and they started speculating about the situation between the two. On December 8, 2023, a Discord screenshot was circulated where Destiny mentions that the previous two months were not so good for him.
Destiny said:
“I’ll have a small convo when I’m back about things, I’m not gonna ‘nuke’ Melina or anything, but the last two months (and two weeks) have been a massive mindf*ck for me, watching her become obsessed with a toxic/abusive guy.”
He said:
“When I visited Sweden last, he gave Mel an ultimatum to divorce me and then threatened to kill himself. When she didn’t do it (among 20 other abusive/manipulative things he’s done), and endlessly make excuses for him, so I’m out. Anyway, have fun with moobies for three days, good luck, cya on the 9th or 10th.”
Did the Two File a Divorce
It was alleged that men tried to get close to Melina by manipulating her against Destiny. He wrote:
“She loved the emotional validation of people making her feel like every single problem in the relationship was my fault.”
A few days later Melina stated:
“I’m so glad I got out of that, I never want to go back to this horrible person, I realized how much of an abuser he is… I can’t believe he lied and tried to make everybody sympathetic for him…”.
These messages triggered Destiny, and he hired an attorney, got the divorce papers, printed them up, and sent them to Melina to sign as soon as possible. After the divorce, Destiny stated that there was no noticeable financial burden on his end due to the divorce.
