Ali Hassan, aka SypherPK, is a Fortnite content creator with 9.88 million YouTube subscribers and 7.1 million Twitch followers.
Even after six years in the gaming scene, Fortnite still enjoys considerable popularity within the industry. It has also given rise to some of the biggest streamers and content creators, one of whom is Ali Hassan, better known online as “SypherPK.” He is a veteran in the Fortnite scene and boasts over 9.88 million subscribers on YouTube and an additional 7.1 million followers on Twitch.
While many Fortnite creators, like DrLupo and TimTheTatman, have moved on to other games and only play Fortnite occasionally, Hassan has stayed true to his roots, continuing to create Fortnite content. This consistency has certainly been rewarding, as his videos still average over 1 million views each. On Twitch, he boasts over 1.4K active subscribers.
How Did SypherPK Become Famous?
Born on May 10, 1996, SypherPK always had a knack for gaming. He started his YouTube channel by playing the popular MMORPG RuneScape from 2011 to 2013. Then, he moved on to the action role-playing game Elder Scrolls and ESO (The Elder Scrolls Online). Those videos are still up on his channel and have tens of thousands of views.
Hassan’s first Fortnite video on YouTube was uploaded on October 24, 2017, about three months after the game’s release. The gameplay features him playing in duos, and, as of now, the video has over 100,000 views. From this point onward, Hassan’s content became a mix of ESO and Fortnite. By the end of 2017, his focus shifted increasingly toward Fortnite, with him regularly uploading gameplay videos featuring solo and squad matches.
As Fortnite gained popularity as a game, so did SypherPK. A major factor behind his success was his educational commentary videos, particularly his “How To Win” series, where he provided gameplay tips, tricks, and strategies to help his audience improve their skills. He first reached the 1 million subscriber mark in September 2018.
In addition to commentary videos, SypherPK also creates challenge-based content and occasionally produces documentary-style videos. His video titled The ENTIRE History of Fortnite: Animated! became one of his most popular uploads, amassing over 17 million views. By the end of 2020, he had over 4 million subscribers.
Is SypherPK Married?
SypherPK is married to Daniela Ali, and the couple has been together for three years. Daniela occasionally appears on his streams and YouTube channel. Together, they founded Oni Studios, a venture dedicated to supporting aspiring content creators with all aspects of their online presence. Daniela is the current CEO of this company.
Oni Studios provides creators with assistance from its production team across all parts of their business. They support creators not only with content creation aspects like editing, video ideas, and thumbnails but also with marketing and building a strong social media presence.
The couple also has several pets. SypherPK has three dogs named Aegon, Aiko, and Yuna. Although they once had five bunnies, they eventually put them up for adoption. They also have two cats named Mika and Levi.
