4) Kotaro (Kotaro Lives Alone)
Kotaro is a four-year-old kid who lives by himself. Despite his attempts at acting mature, he comes off as an adorable child who longs for companionship. In the first episode, he’s trying to buy tissue paper as a gift for his neighbor showing his considerate nature. And his constant effort to act like an adult fails as we see glimpses of his childlike innocence that steal the heart of the audience.
Even after the heartbreaking backstory of his parents being failures at being good providers and guardians to him, Kotaro continues being the good child that he is. Underneath his mature facade, Kotaro is still a young child who has experienced hardship. This vulnerability sparks a sense of protectiveness in viewers. His love for Tonosaman is cute as he looks up to that character and tries to imitate him, just like how Anya imitates after watching her favorite detective show.
5) Bojji (Ranking of Kings)
His petite physique, rounded features, and expressive eyes give us the impression of childlike innocence and his sensitive nature. Bojji’s cuteness isn’t just superficial. He is very kind and always remains optimistic, even when facing dangerous challenges.

Since he is still a kid, his speech is still developing, so when he speaks in broken words, it is super lovable. His love and admiration for his brother indicate a pure and compassionate heart. He is usually a reserved kid, but when has a random burst of enthusiasm, it takes the audience by surprise.
