5 Best Properties for Buying in Schedule 1

The 5 best properties in Schedule 1 in this list are currently all the properties that you can use to upgrade your business. More information is found in Ray’s Real Estate Shop in the bottom right of Hyland Point. You can also purchase these properties with the help of Ray. Here are the 5 best properties to buy in Schedule 1:
1. The Motel

This is your first-ever one-room base inside Hyland Point. Small, affordable, and sustainable. You start your journey in a tiny room at the Motel. This is one of the game’s first bases that you use to slowly start your business. Later on, it can be used as a storehouse to help your dealer, who lives beside you, and stock up on his products. The price of the Motel is only $75.
2. The Sweatshop

The Sweatshop is a one-room above the Fat Dragon Chinese restaurant, just a flight of stairs and across the road from the Motel room. This one is much larger than the Motel room and will help you supply more products to your customers. This is where you will upscale your business.
Most of Schedule 1’s early game is played here. Mrs. Ming sells you the property for $800. The space is decent to store and create some product, but you will eventually have the need for more space again.
3. The Bungalow

Valued at $6000, the Bungalow is a property you can buy from Ray’s Real Estate. The location of the property is in Westville. The bungalow has 3 rooms, a front loading dock for online deliveries, and a lawn at the back. This property offers ample workspace to begin the mid-game of Schedule 1.
By this time, you will also have access to the Warehouse, which means you will be exposed to more product types that do not need to be grown but are chemically produced. Your Bungalow has a 5-employee limit, letting you hire people to maintain those production lines.
4. The Barn

The barn is located in a secluded area of town, with an even bigger workspace. Two loading bays and a 10-employee limit are all you could ask to get in the big leagues slowly. For $25,000, it is a hefty investment that will pay dividends till later in the game.
Your Barn has one large area and an office room on the top floor. You can place some of your private storage here, such as safes and personal items. With the addition of wall-mounted shelves in the new update, you will also have enough wall space to place your items around the property. The Barn is available at Ray’s Real Estate and can be an efficient working space for your employees, given the location.
5. The Docks Warehouse

At this point, you will have your own network of loyal customers that will want to purchase your product almost everyday. For maximum production, you buy the Docks Warehouse. This is it, a prime location for delivery, space almost as big as 1.5 barns, and two full floors to lay all your products in an efficient manner.
You also have a private room that you can use as an office or a secret base. You can purchase the Docks Warehouse at $50,000 from Ray’s Real Estate. Owning the Docks Warehouse means that you will have enough operations for the whole town to consume your products. Leading you to the town’s top leagues.
