The superhero game combines the storylines of both Peter Parker and Miles Morales and revolves around their battle with the symbiotic forces occupying New York.
While switching between the two versions of Spider-man is exhilarating, customizing both of them with numerous outfits adds an extra layer of excitement. How To Get Anti-Venom Suit in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2?
The Anti-Venom suit will be unlocked through the story progression. Complete the Finally Free main story mission to get access to the Anti-Venom suit. During the mission, the Anti-Venom will be created by Mister Negative (Martin Li). The following section narrates the creation of the Anti-Venom during the mission and contains spoilers.
During the mission, a large group of symbiotes surrounds and overpowers Peter Parker and Miles Morales at a crucial moment. While Miles Morales manages to escape, the symbiotes capture and get hold of Peter Parker. Although Mister Negative intervenes and saves both Spider-Men, his efforts are only temporary, as Peter loses consciousness and suffers severe injuries from the symbiotes.
Miles Morales and Mister Negative then enter Peter Parker’s mind to help him overcome the pain and eradicate the symbiote’s influence. During the process, Mister Negative ultimately transfers all of his photogenic powers to Peter Parker, creating the Anti-Venom suit around Peter.
What is Anti-Venom in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2?
The Anti-Venom is a near-end-game suit and power-up for Peter Parker. With the city overrun by symbiotes, the Anti-Venom suit is specifically designed to counter the symbiotes and Venom. It retains the symbiotic abilities of a symbiote-infused Black Spider-Man suit while allowing Peter full control over his body and mind. The Anti-Venom attacks deal huge damage to the symbiotes.
Since the suits in Spider-Man 2 are purely cosmetics and do not have effect or impact, you don’t need to wear the Anti-Venom suit to access these abilities after unlocking it. However, the Anti-Venom doesn’t feature alternate suit styles, lacking more customization options.
