Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has a lot of objectives, collectibles, and side-missions to do. It makes the open world of the game more engaging and less monotone. Spider-Man 2 has a huge map, and the entire map is divided into 14 districts. However, in this article, we are going to talk about only the Astoria district.

Some of the objects in the map will be revealed to the players as they swing through the district, but some of the other objectives will only unlock after dedicated side mission completions. However, don’t worry! We will tell you the location of all the objectives in the Astoria district and how to complete them. So, if you are trying to take a break from the main storyline or be a perfectionist trying to 100% the game, this article will help you.

Photo Ops (2)

  • You can complete the first photo op by clicking pictures of some friends doing a barbeque near the baseball park. Rewards are 150XP and 2 City Tokens.
  • The second and the last photo op of the district can be completed by taking pictures of a luchador in a red suit standing in front of a luchador poster east of the first photo ops location. The rewards are 150XP and 2 City Tokens.

FNSM Requests (1)

  • The quest name is Monster in Queens and talking to a blind lady named Alma will start the quest. Scan her garden, and then follow the footsteps and the odor to uncover what is the cause of the damage to Alma’s yard. Rewards are 800XP, 2 Hero Tokens, and 200 Tech Parts.

Prowler Stashes (1)

  • Players can find the Prowler stash by activating four electric panels on top of the old arcade in the district. However, this quest is only available to Miles. Rewards are 300XP and 3 Rare Tech Parts.

The Flame (1)

  • Players will only get access to this side mission after completing the “Everything Burns” quest. The name of The Flame sidequest in Astoria is “I Knew You Had It In You”, and it is only available to Peter. Rewards are 2000XP, 6 Hero Tokens, and 300 Tech Parts.

Spider-Bots (4)

  • The first Spider-Bot named the “Classic Spider-Bot” is located on a building right beside the bridge on the island that is in the middle of Astoria district and Harlem. Rewards are 150XP and 100 Tech Parts.
  • “Blood Spider” is the name of the second Spider-Bot in Astoria district, it is located on the side of a building north of the baseball park. Rewards are 150XP and 100 Tech Parts.
  • The “Shocker Spider-Bot” is the third spider-bot in Astoria district. It floats in mid-air right above the park near the entrance of the bridge. Rewards are 150XP and 100 Tech Parts.
  • The “Mangaverse Spider-Bot” is the last spider-bot in Astoria. It is located on the side of a tall building close to a residential area east of the Astoria district.

Symbiote Nests (1)

  • Players will have to complete the “Set Things Right” story mission to unlock the symbiote nest in Astoria. It is located on the northeastern side of the tall building of the Mangaverse spider-bot. Rewards are 1200XP and 4 Hero Tokens

So, here is the list of all the objectives and side-missions you can do in the Astoria district. These can be a nice break from the intense story of the game for players who just want a break to free-roam the open world and unlock new gadgets and suits. However, the completionists won’t be able to say no to these objectives and quests.
