The Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2 is one of the items that you can only acquire by slaying monsters in a specific location. However, it’s not just a regular quest item. You can offer this as a sacrifice to gain skill points for your character progression. 

You can acquire the Sacrificial Heart by progressing through the main story campaign and reaching Act 3. Another item is also needed to complete the process and claim your bonus skill points. However, finding these items might prove challenging to some players.

Where To Find Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2?

The Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2 only drops from enemies found in Utzaal. You can only unlock this area once you make your way to Act 3 of the main story. This is the first zone you’ll enter during the Glory of the Vaal, the final part of the Legacy of the Vaal questline. If you cleared the area and the Sacrificial Heart did not drop, you can reset your instance and the enemies should respawn. 

How To Use Sacrificial Heart Path of Exile 2?

To use the Sacrificial Heart, you need to do the following:

• Make Your Way to the Sacrificial Dais in Aggorat
• Find the Sacrificial Dagger
• Place the Sacrificial Heart in the Ritual Altar
• Stab the Sacrificial Heart Using the Sacrificial Dagger

Make Your Way to the Sacrificial Dais in Aggorat

There is no exact location for this area as the map is procedurally generated and can be different with each instance. You will have to navigate the area and locate the ritual altar.

Find the Sacrificial Dagger

The Sacrificial Dagger should be near the altar. However, you need to defeat an Elite Enemy before you can proceed. Once you kill the enemy blocking your way, pick up the dagger as you will need it to complete the ritual.

Place the Sacrificial Heart in the Ritual Altar

Head to the center of the altar and place the Sacrificial Heart. 

Stab the Sacrificial Heart Using the Sacrificial Dagger

Once you place the heart on the altar, stab it using the dagger to complete the ritual. 

What Does the Sacrificial Heart Do in Path of Exile 2?

The Sacrificial Heart grants two extra Weapon Set Passive skill points when you use it in Act 3. However, you need to be playing in Cruel Difficulty to get the bonus reward.
