The date for the Xbox Games Showcase 2025 and the Outer Worlds 2 Direct has been announced.
The latest Xbox Games Showcase 2025 has been announced, which will be part one of a double feature. Additionally, the Outer Worlds 2 Direct will occur right after the 2025 showcase.
This follows the double feature pattern from previous years, which had the Starfield Direct in 2023 and the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct in 2024. The showcase will take place on June 8, 2025. You can read the official announcement either on their twitter handle or here.
The event will follow fresh off the release of the Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5. So, expectations will be high while going into the event. Fans will expect some news on the various upcoming games coming to the Xbox Game Pass as well. So, the event will be crucial in determining Xbox’s future going forward. When Will the Xbox Games Showcase 2025 Air?
As mentioned previously, the showcase will air on June 8, 2025. Here are the times for various time zones:
- Pacific time: June 8, 10am
- Eastern time: June 8, 1pm
- London time: June 8, 6pm
- Indian time: June 8, 10:30pm
- Japan time: June 9, 2am
- Australian Eastern Time: June 9, 3am
The showcase will not be limited to any one platform. Instead, you can watch it on whichever site you wish.

The event will be airing on various platforms through multiple channels (and in over 40 languages). These platforms include:
