Learn how to make your way through the Tyrant’s Isle Dungeon and take down challenging bosses in Throne and Liberty.
Throne and Liberty’s world is spread far and wide, offering a long list of possibilities for activities for players to engage with. Dungeons are among the most popular activities in any MMORPG, and this one is no exception. Among this vast array of dungeons, the Tyrant’s Isle Dungeon can be a particularly challenging yet satisfying one to complete.
In this article, we will break down how you can make it through the Tyrant’s Isle Dungeon and defeat some powerful bosses along the way.
How to Get Through the Tyrant’s Isle Dungeon in Throne and Liberty
Once you enter the Tyrant’s Isle Dungeon, you will reach an open green field. Here, fight through the early dungeon mobs to progress and find the Reptilian Butcher.
First Boss – Reptilian Butcher
The Reptilian Butcher is the first boss in the Tyrant’s Isle dungeon and does not pose much of a challenge. Primarily, look out for his invisibility attack. During this phase, the boss will turn invisible and start attacking players in your party. To counter this, activate one of the many Coral Flowers across the arena when the Butcher stands next to one. Force him to become visible again and you can take the boss down with ease.
Second Boss – Shaman Executioner
Your next challenge in the Tyrant’s Isle Dungeon is the Shaman Executioner. This boss fight can be slightly more demanding than the previous major enemy. This is because the Shaman Executioner has a couple of hard-hitting mechanics you need to look out for. This includes the boss’ ability to summon extra mobs to try and overwhelm you during the fight. Clear out the mobs as they spawn to avoid any distractions.
Another powerful mechanic during this fight is the Blinding Bola. With this attack, the boss hurls a bola at a player and immobilizes them. The boss will then charge up and execute a Fury attack to deal massive damage to the player. However, this can easily be avoided with a well-timed block. Finally, the boss can also summon a wave of boiling water that charges toward your party members. This attack cannot be side-stepped, so avoid it using a well-timed jump.
Third Boss – Reptilian Gladiator
The Reptilian Gladiator boss is quite an easy boss fight, especially after the challenging Shaman Executioner. Only look for one basic mechanic during this fight. During this attack, a player in the party will glow red, which means the boss is about to charge toward this player. Any player hit by the charging boss will take a lot of damage, so the unmarked players must make some distance between them and the boss. The marked red player must hide behind one of the torches in the arena. This will cause the boss to charge into the torch and stun itself, opening the boss up to a lot of damage.
How to defeat Toublek
Toublek is the big bad final boss of the Tyrant’s Isle Dungeon. Rightfully so, the boss is incredibly challenging, featuring various mechanics that you will have to pay attention to. One of the boss’ most powerful attacks is the Fury attack, which you must dodge whenever there’s a purple indicator. Additionally, the boss can throw out Fireballs that can cause a ton of damage if not avoided.
Toublek also has massive AoE attacks. One of these sends out a massive wave of damage that will one-shot any player. To avoid this, make your way to one of the active geysers in the arena and raise yourself above the ground. The second AoE attack sees Toublek turning into a rat and stripping you of all but one ability. To revert to your normal form, make your way to one of the blue flowers in the arena. If you take too long to reach a blue flower, Toublek eats you and kills you instantly.
