During Episode Revenant, the Wicked Sister can be focused for a single Vanguard Engram at Commander Zavala at the Annex section of the Tower destination. You do not have to earn the weapon in the playlist before you can focus it.

Spike Grenades are one of the better damage perks in the game for grenade launchers. A Handling masterwork is also a great option to decrease the speed of readying and aiming down sites on the weapon.
The Wicked Sister has one of the best perk combinations for damage in the game for heavy grenade launchers. Envious Arsenal and Bait and Switch are the perfect perks for each other as they both activate off of shooting every weapon in your loadout. The traits for heavy grenade launchers is less important than other weapons. Volatile Launch increases the blast radius of the grenade launcher, which can help with the forgiveness of the weapon. High-Velocity Rounds also makes the rounds travel faster, which makes it harder for your enemies to avoid your grenades.
The main traits in Columns 3 and 4 on a heavy grenade launcher aren’t really important on a PvP grenade launcher. They can help but honestly you could use almost anything and be effective. The best traits that you can use though are Danger Zone and Chain Reaction. Danger zone increases the blast radius of the weapon while also mitigating the damage you can cause to yourself with the grenade explosions.
