The Barber is a new merchant added with Patch 1.2 in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Although it is not a new merchant, players can now interact with him to get new hairstyles and beard styles. There is only one task for the Barbers, give new looks to Henry for a small and fixed fee. Unlike other traders with whom players can haggle, the Barber has a fixed rate. He will charge 25 Groschen for any Hairstyle and Beard Style.
The Barber offers a variety of Hairstyles and Beard Styles. As players accept their new look, it gives players a new buff called “Freshly Trimmed”. It increases the Charisma of Henry by 2 temporarily.
NOTE: The “Freshly Trimmed” buff effect is for every haircut and beard style. You can choose any hairstyle and beard style to get this effect.

The Barber is a simple merchant like other several traders in the game. There are only two Barbers in the whole Kingdom of Bohemia. You can find one in the Trosky region and the other one in Kuttenberg region. Moreover, unlike other traders, you cannot haggle with the barbers. All you have to do is to pay them a fixed fee of 25 Groschen and get any haircut and beard.
NOTE: The Barbers have the same business hours as other merchants/traders in the game. You will not find the Barbers at their shops during the nighttime.
Where to Find Barbers in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
There are two barber shops in KCD2. They are marked on the map with a “Comb” icon on the map. The first Barber is Fiala, whom you can find by the Zhelejov Wagoner’s Inn in the Trosky region. The second Barber is in Kuttenberg region. You can find him at Adam’s Bathhouse in Kuttenberg City. Go to the south side of the city from the western gate to reach Adam’s Bathhouse.
How to Get a New Haircut and Beard in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Upon finding a Barber in either Trosky or Kuttenberg, interact with them. Here, select the “Give me a haircut” option. After that, you will get to preview and select the haircut and beard style for Henry. Press the L2/R2 (PS5) to change the tab between Hair and Beard. Go through the different styles to preview the styles of Hair and Beard.
You can turn the head of Henry as well using the Right Stick. After finding the suitable style for Henry’s hair and beard, press and hold the Square button to accept. It will confirm the new look that you have chosen for Henry.
You can view the new looks of Henry in the Player tab. Remove any helmet and coif to see the full face of Henry. Moreover, the new look of Henry will also be shown in the cutscenes.
How to Get the Freshly Trimmed Buff in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
The “Freshly Trimmed” is a new buff added with the new Barber Shops in KCD2. Every time you get a new haircut or beard style from the barber shop, the “Freshly Trimmed” buff will activate. This new buff increases the Charisma of Henry by 2 temporarily. So, if you want to be more Charismatic, get any haircut or beard style to increase Charisma by 2.
