Everything About Davrin Companion Build in Dragon Age: The Veilguard
Davrin is a bold and charming warrior who has made a name for himself as a monster hunter. He is accompanied by a young Griffon named Assan who assists him during enemy encounters with abilities like Assan Strike and Death from Above.
Davrin is primarily a Warrior specializing in Champion, which allows him to use his sword and shield to attack and tank incoming attacks. Most of his attacks are fire-infused and deal overtime damage. In addition to his potential abilities, he also has a taunting ability that distracts enemies from the main character (Rook). Lastly, Davrin can apply the invulnerability state to Rook for a short period allowing him to neglect all incoming attacks.
Since Davrin is a Warrior with the potential to deal Fire Damage, tank enemy attacks, and provide buffs, it makes him a great Melee/Tank DPS and support character in your party.

Features and Mechanics for the Davrin Build in Dragon Age: The Veilguard
Creating a companion build in Dragon Age: The Veilguard can aid you greatly in intense fights and turn the tides of the fight in your favor. Choosing a better skill set for active abilities and equipment is necessary for the companion to synergize the combos with Rook. Fortunately, it is less stressful than creating Rook’s build as you don’t have to be much concerned about which Faction and Race to choose for your companion because they are already set and cannot be changed.
The main things that you need to keep in mind are the best active skills and abilities for priming and detonating, along with Rook’s skills and equipment for best base damage. Before we discuss the class-specific Davrin builds and what skills you have to set, let’s go over a basic overview of Davrin Companion.
Davrin’s Faction
Davrin was originally raised in a Dalish clan, but his cravings for adventure and excitement made him leave the Dalish clan to make his own history. Upon starting a new chapter of his life, he ends up joining the Grey Wardens faction. It is an independent military organization in Thedas dedicated to fighting darkspawn, killing archdemons, and ending Blights.
You can select a similar faction as Davrin and get bonus traits that provide you with more damage output against Darkspawn. Moreover, it increases Rook’s base defense and health which is good for overall survivability.
Davrin’s Race
Davrin is a male Elf companion in the Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The elves have a naturally strong connection to the Fade which makes them a strong Race for being Mages. The Elven people in the current Dragon Age games are descended from a formally powerful civilization that had once contained magical wonders beyond imaging.
Best Skills and Abilities for Davrin

In War, Victory is your companion support/buff skill with a lower cooldown. Not only does this skill provide you with invulnerability but it can also recover some of your health if you upgrade this skill.
