The 4-4-1-1 (2) formation in EAFC 25 utilizes four defenders, five midfielders, and a primary striker. The defense is quite standard with two full-backs and two center-backs. However, the midfield is quite heavily guarded by five midfielders. There are two wide midfielders and two central midfielders. A CAM is positioned ahead of the other midfielders and serves as a secondary striker or a playmaker.

Custom Tactics
With five midfielders in the formation, gamers need to play a possession-dominant game. They should look to have slow build-ups and utilize all the players in the midfield before creating goal-scoring chances. A good way of attacking is also to utilize the full-backs who could overlap and help while attacking.
The primary striker of the team plays as an Advanced Forward and makes deep runs in the opponent’s half. Gamers should allot the Shadow Striker role to the CAM as they will be playing as the secondary striker of the team. Both the wide midfielders should have the Inside Forward role. This will allow them to provide crosses for the striker as well as the CAM.
