The latest mystery exploration game, Blue Prince, features a range of innovative puzzles. The Gallery Puzzle stands as more complicated and challenging than both the Parlor and the Billiards Room puzzles. It is filled with profound wordplay and deep thematic clues.

Upon entering the Gallery, you will find two statues with small chests locked inside their pedestals. There are four paintings around the room, accompanied by letterboards. Your goal is to input a proper word that connects with or resembles the theme of each painting. This guide provides the solution to the Blue Prince Gallery Puzzle along with the explanation.

The Gallery Puzzle in Blue Prince is undoubtedly one of the toughest puzzles in the game. It requires players to brainstorm with different words that match the theme or objects in each painting. The names of all four paintings also have a common theme—‘Thought’. Uncovering the common theme greatly helps you decipher the names of the paintings more effectively. Let’s break down each puzzle

Puzzle 1: 5 Letter Word

Answer: Think

The painting displays the word ‘Thick’, but the ‘K’ is slightly different. To be precise, it appears thinner than the other words. This implies the answer as Thin K, which is ‘THINK’.

Puzzle 2: 6 Letter Word

Answer: Ponder

The next painting features various red objects like an apple, a rose, a fire hydrant, and a stop sign. These items are placed on two wagons that are mirrored. The letter ‘P’ is placed on one of these wagons. The reverse of red is ‘der’. Placing P on der leads to ‘PONDER’

Puzzle 3: 7 Letter Word

Answer: Realize

The third painting may seem abstract at first, but you will find some words like Actual Objective, Genu, and veri. These words combinedly suggest the concept of Real. The presence of eyes on the painting acts as the final part of the word. So the answer is Real + eyes = REALIZE.

Puzzle 4: 8 Letter Word

Answer: Ruminate

As for the final painting, it is somewhat more complicated than the others, depicting the seven deadly sins and an infinity symbol. The infinite symbol refers to the number 8. All of these objects are located inside the room, leading us to deduce the name as something like ‘Room in 8’, which ultimately calls the appropriate world ‘RUMINATE”.

Upon entering all 4 paintings, you obtain 2 Gems, 4 Coins, and the Room 8 Key from the two chests. Unlike the other early puzzle rooms, the Gallery puzzle can be solved only once. So, you don’t have to decipher the paintings every time. Just solve the puzzle once, and you can take the rewards each time you revisit the Gallery.
