Welcome to the guide for the ESO Templar One Bar PvP Healer Build. It’s very, very beginner-friendly and a great place to start for all new healers. You can get the gear easily, have some idea of how to heal and turtle up and play defensive when pressured. This is a great starting point for anyone looking to get into Cyrodiil and has no direction.
If you’re looking for a solo build click HERE, one bar build HERE or a PvP two-bar build HERE. Also, consider watching me on Twitch where you can ask me questions about my current builds.
Pros
- Simple skills layout
- Easy to obtain gear
- Great for new players in PvP
Cons
- Less group utility than Warden or Necromancer
- Not meant for massive AoE healing
Skills
Restortation Staff
We use restoration staff for main healing abilities. Important note for resource management: Thanks to Cycle of Life passive your fully-charged Heavy Attacks with restoration staff restore 30% more Magicka. And because of Essence Drain passive, you gain Major Mending for 4 seconds after completing a fully-charged Heavy Attack, increasing your healing done by 16%.
Radiating Regeneration (Morph of Regeneration | Skill line: Restoration Staff) - Heal over time that procs Spell Powered Cure gear set.
Race Against Time (Morph of Accelerate | Skill line: Psijic Order) - High mobility skill that procs Wretched Vitality, consider this your flex spot.
Living Dark (Morph of Eclipse | Skill line: Dawns Wrath) - Bubble that heals you when taking damage and procs important passives in Dawn's Wrath.
Energy Orb (Morph of Necrotic Orb | Skill line: Undaunted) - Great ability for resource sustain and healing along with synergy on activation.
Breath Of Life (Morph of Rushed Ceremony | Skill line: Restoring Light) - Powerful burst heal that hits multiple targets and doesn't require aiming.
Life Giver (Morph of Panacea | Skill line: Restoration Staff) - insane survivability for you or the group with mobility and low cost.
Rotation
Normal rotation
The premise here is to roll as many heals over time as possible to keep high up time on spell power cure and or another set. Build in a heavy attack after each cycle to keep sustain high. Then switch to burst healing mode if anyone drops to 50% or lower. Priorities are as follows:
- KEEP YOURSELF ALIVE
- high heals per second
- high up time on gear sets
- burst up allies who dip below 50%
- keep your resources high by heavy attacking in between rotation.
