PVE Fatebringer God Roll

The following list includes all Destiny 2 Fatebringer God Roll traits for PVE.

BarrelFluted Barrel
MagazineAccurized Rounds
Perk 1Explosive Payload
Perk 2Frenzy
MasterworkRange
ModMajor Spec

Barrel: For the barrel perk, we are going with Fluted Barrel. This gives a sizable boost to our handling and stability allowing us to draw and aim down sights after and reduce our flinch from incoming fire.

Magazine: Accurized Rounds are the choice for our mag. Accurized Rounds give a massive boost to the range stat which increases the range at which aim assist will fall off. This gives you the greater chance to land your shots from even farther.

Column 3 Perk: Our third column choice is Explosive Payload. This splits our bullets damage into two instances the impact and a buffed small explosion giving us a boost in damage.

Column 4 Perk: For our final column perk, Frenzy is the must have. This will boost our reload, handling, and give us a damage boost while being in combat for a short duration.

Masterwork: Our obvious choice for masterwork is Range as this allows us to deal the same damage from farther away.

Mod: For the mod, we are choosing Major Spec. Since hand cannons pack a punch, they will kill most low health enemies quite fast so instead we are going to boost our damage to larger health enemies.

Conclusion: Hand cannons have the strength of a cannon, packing a massive punch for any enemy unfortunately enough to be on the receiving end of their bullets. While they can feel lack lust in lower end content due to poor reloads and slow rate of fire, they are a fantastic end game weapon especially when paired with anti-champion artifact passives.

Column 3 Perk: We are going with Explosive Payload. This splits our bullets damage into two instances the impact and a small explosion giving are weapon effectively infinite range and causing massive flinch to enemies hit.

Column 4 Perk: For our final perk, we are going with Eye of the Storm. This massively boosts our handling and boosts our accuracy after taking some damage. This is incredibly strong for giving us the best chance at winning duels.

Masterwork: Range masterwork is a must have. This masterwork allows us to extend our damage falloff range, increasing our effective damage range window.

Mod: Icarus grip is a great choice here. This gives a passive bonus in our airborne effectiveness increasing the likelihood of landing shots should we be dueling while in the air.

Conclusion: Hand cannons are a staple in PVP for their effectiveness and ease of use. They have never massively had fast time to kill or insane benefits. They just have always performed well and have been a consistent weapon to use. There is no reason to not have one readily available for PVP.
