ESO Light Armor Skill Line

Here’s our ESO Light Armor Skill Line from patch 1.6 currently on the Public Test Server.  We will update these once 1.6 goes live.

 

Active Ability

Annulment
Annulment – Surround yourself with a net of magic negation to absorb up to X spell damage over 20 seconds.

Annulment Harness Magicka
Harness Magicka – Absorb magicka based on number of light armor items equipped.

Annulment Dampen Magic
Dampen Magic – Increase shield strength based on number of light armor items equipped.

Passives

Passive 1 Evocation
Evocation – Reduces the magicka cost of spells by 3% per piece of light armor equipped.
Passive 2 Recovery
Recovery – Increases magicka regeneration by 4% per piece of light armor equipped.
Passive 3 Spell Warding
Spell Warding – Increases your spell resistance for each piece of light armor equipped.
Passive 4 Prodigy
Prodigy – Increases your spell critical rating by 2099 (with five or more pieces of light equipped). 
Passive 5 Concentration
Concentration – With five or more light armor pieces equipped, gives you a 75% chance any time you deal damage to afflict the target with minor breach, reducing their spell resistance by X for 8 seconds.

    Deltia how do desto and resto staff scale now off magicka or spell damage or weapon damage and what do the skills of staff scale off,i was thinking going a magicka Nb desto resto staff 5 light 2 medium for weapon damage and crit or mby 1 medium 1 light for undaunted passive for more armor types you got or something like that can you gimme your opinion
