Riftstone War is, in essence, seen as Throne and Liberty’s version of King of the Hill. During the PvP event, you have to maintain control over an area till the end of the event. The event usually lasts around 30 minutes, and it is your job to have possession of the Riftstone to be declared the winner of the event. Riftstone War is always 1v1 between two guilds, and the game carefully selects which two guilds will go up against each other to battle for control over one of the Riftstones.

These are the Riftstones in the game:

Skill Damage Resist

  • Grand Aelon Riftstone
  • Talus Riftstone

Heavy Attack Chance

  • Ahzreil Riftstone
  • Kowazan Riftstone

Evasion

  • Adentus Riftstone
  • Morokai Riftstone

Endurance

  • Chernobog Riftstone
  • Excavator Riftstone
  • Malakar Riftstone

Timing of Riftstone War Explored

Riftstone War does not necessarily have a fixed timing in the game. It can vary depending on the Riftstone being fought over. The event only takes place if a Guild Leader or Advisor declares which Riftstone they want to fight for within 12-36 hours before a scheduled Riftstone War event. Two guilds will be chosen as combatants to take part in the battle 12 hours before a Riftstone War begins.

How to Participate and Complete Riftstone War in Throne and Liberty

To participate in a Riftstone War, you simply have to be one of the guild members of the two guilds chosen for the event. However, you can initiate a battle for the Riftstone. You can do this up to three days before the event happens. Completing the Riftstone War is simple as your only goal is to be in possession of the marked area at the end of the event.

Rewards Obtained for Completing Riftstone War

Owning or controlling a Riftstone after winning a war can provide you and your guild with a variety of rewards. One of the most impressive rewards is the ability to take part in private instanced Field Boss Raids for your guild every day. This allows you to take down powerful bosses for rewards without having to look out for them in the open world. On top of this, owning a Riftstone provides your guild with stat bonuses. Finally, you can also earn valuable resources every hour just by controlling a Riftstone.
