Broker’s Abilities
Every lancer in FragPunk has three abilities, each defining the personality of the character. The following are the abilities Broker possesses:
- Goddard’s Vengeance: A shoulder-launched rocket that causes explosive damage and knocks back enemies who are within a certain range.
- Smokestack Lightning: Throwable gadget that generates a smoke screen around the projectile.
- Cherry Bomb: A throwable device that generates several energy bombs on the ground. The bombs are triggered by the enemy’s approach but detonate after a delay.

Broker’s Playstyle
This lancer enters the battlefield with a bang. His kit is used to deny areas and deal insane explosive damage. You don’t need to learn extensive tech to play Broker, and he is extremely beginner-friendly. Use his Goddard’s Vengeance to deal damage instantly. On the other hand, his Smokestack Lightning covers a large area with smoke that perfectly hinders the enemies’ vision. Cherry Bombs are a good way to block choke points, as these bombs trigger when enemies are in the vicinity.
Broker is a very versatile lancer and can be used in any team composition. Here’s what you can do when playing this lancer:
- Use his smokes to deny areas and force enemies to either push through the smokes or retreat.
- The rocket launcher can ideally one-hit enemies and should be used wisely to take control of the map.
- Cherry Bombs are the perfect tool to lock down the flanks and other choke points around the site.
