The Pyro Archon of Natlan, Mavuika, was one of the most anticipated characters in the game. And after her release in version 5.3, she more than lived up to the expectations. Mavuika’s Best Artifacts in Genshin Impact
Mavuika’s best artifact set as a main DPS is Obsidian Codex. As with all Natlan characters, Mavuika also consumes Nightsoul points. Thus, she can easily trigger the artifact set’s 15% damage and 40% CRIT rate increase.
Mavuika’s Burst causes some conflict with Obsidian Codex, as she does not consume Nightsoul during her Burst. However, this can be circumvented by using your Burst after the artifact has been activated, as the Codex’s effects last for nearly the full duration of the Burst.
Although, if Mavuika is being used as a sub-DPS, Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City is the best artifact set for her. Her Skill allows her to easily apply Pyro to trigger reactions, granting the entire party a 40% elemental damage bonus.
Mavuika’s Best Weapons in Genshin Impact
Mavuika’s best weapon by far is her signature weapon, A Thousand Blazing Suns. This weapon grants a 20% CRIT damage increase and a 28% attack increase for six seconds when you use your Elemental Skill or Burst. Its duration can be extended by up to six more seconds by landing normal or charged attacks. Additionally, if the user is in Nightsoul Blessing, the increase is boosted by 75%.
For Mavuika, who enters her Nightsoul state freely and often, and lands many, many attacks on enemies, this weapon gives an absurdly large boost for a practically infinite period.
For free-to-play options, Tidal Shadow and Earth Shaker are two of the best weapons. Tidal Shadow gives a 24% attack increase when the wielder is healed. Meanwhile, Earth Shaker increases the Elemental Skill damage by 16% when an elemental reaction is triggered.
Mavuika’s Best Talents to Level in Genshin Impact
Mavuika’s Burst provides the majority of her damage by empowering her Flamestrider attacks with Fighting Spirit, so it is the top priority to level up.
