Bigboy’s Chew Toy is a unique quarterstaff, and you can buy it at Moonrise Towers in Act 2 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).

In Baldur’s Gate 3 the Bigboy’s Chew Toy is a unlikely looking Quarterstaff which will grant your spellcaster access to a Level 2 Transmutation spell. The uniquely named Whossa Large Fellow? is a spell which will cause the target to grow in size and become stronger. Moreover, they will then have Advantage on all Strength ability checks and Saving Throws. Additionally, their weapon attacks will now deal and additional 1d4 of damage.
This condition lasts for a duration of 10 turns and there is no way to remove it before then.

How to Get Bigboy’s Chew Toy in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Bigboy’s Chew Toy in Baldur’s Gate 3 you’ll need to make your way to Moonrise Towers in Act 2 and speak to the bugbear Lann Tarv, who sells this weapon as a merchant. You can find Moonrise Towers in the far southwest portion of the Shadow-Curse Lands map.
In get inside the Tower, you’ll need to convince the guards outside of it that you’re a friend through dialogue checks. Finally, once inside the tower you can easily find the bugbear merchant Lann Tarv just to the right/west in the central area after you come in down the stairs. When you first interact with him, he’ll have some decent items for sale, including the Enraging Heart Garb. You will also find the Bigboy’s Chew Toy for sale in his inventory!
