To get the Bigboy’s Chew Toy in Baldur’s Gate 3 you’ll need to make your way to Moonrise Towers in Act 2 and speak to the bugbear Lann Tarv, who sells this weapon as a merchant. You can find Moonrise Towers in the far southwest portion of the Shadow-Curse Lands map.
In get inside the Tower, you’ll need to convince the guards outside of it that you’re a friend through dialogue checks. Finally, once inside the tower you can easily find the bugbear merchant Lann Tarv just to the right/west in the central area after you come in down the stairs. However, a Druid could cast this spell first to Enlarge, and then use a Wild Shape transformation for maximum power in beast form.
