Getting Flint in Minecraft
Finding any item in Minecraft can be hectic and feel like a chore if you don’t know where to look for it. Like coal and diamonds, Flint can only be located deep in the mines, but it doesn’t have a specific ore. To find Flint, you will need a shovel; an enchanted one is required to do so. Now, once you have a shovel, head down into the mines and look for gravel. They can be identified by their sand-like texture that gradually falls to the ground.
Use your shovel to farm gravel. While you break down the gravel, it will eventually fall into your inventory. However, before you know it, Flint will silently slip into your inventory. This is the only method to obtain Flint, but you can actually trade it for an emerald if you ever find a wandering trader roaming around your village or in a jungle.
What Are Its Uses?
