BG3 Gemini Gloves

Gemini Gloves

In Baldur’s Gate 3 the Gemini Gloves are a useful piece of gear for primarily spellcasters. It’s single perk is similar to the affect the Sorcerer class can create with spells by using their Sorcery Points to cast a Twinned Spell. However the Adroit Caster bonus is a little different. This bonus can only be used on Cantrips and not all single target spells. When using these gloves and targeting an enemy (or ally) you can choose a second target as well.

The downside to this (which the gloves tooltip does not specify) is that the perk only works once per Short Rest. Additionally, Eldritch Blast only receives one additional blast and rather than double the full amount. Still, these gloves would be a useful piece to have if you’re using a second caster in your party. If a fight is dragging out and you’re running low on spells, this perk is a good way to give the typically lower-damage cantrips a boost in power.

Here are all the Gemini Gloves features in BG3:

How to Get Gemini Gloves in Baldur’s Gate 3

You can get the Gemini Gloves in Baldur’s Gate 3 by making it to the Lower City in Act 3 and purchasing it from Helsik at the Devil’s Fee. The closest fast travel point to the shop is the Lower City Central Wall waypoint. Once you arrive at the waypoint it is a simple walk straight north with a little turn to the right/east and then you’ll find the grand store building quickly on your left.

Baldur's Gate 3 Location of Devil's Fee and Helsik map

The Devil’s Fee is run by a female Gold Dwarf by the name of Helsik. The first time you visit, if you head straight in to speak with her, she will only have some dyes, potions and a few alchemy ingredients in stock. Helsik doesn’t show just any customer off the street the good stuff! In order to see her full inventory, you’ll need to browse around her shop. There are a handful of interesting items which should hopefully highlight themselves with a few successful Perception checks. Interact with each and hopefully pass an Arcana check on at least one to get a hint into the rarity of items in the shop.

Afterwards, when you return to speak with her, there should now be a different dialogue option where you can comment on her wares. Impressed at your knowledge (or just assuming that you must have the coin to back it up) she agrees to let you see all of her stock. You’ll find the Gemini Gloves now available, along with other goodies such as the Shapeshifter Hat and Cloak of the Weave!
