Defeat Harpy
It should be relatively easy for at least one of your characters to break free from the spell, at which point you can engage in a battle with the harpies. They are rather straightforward to defeat. However, it is worth noting that if you witness one of the harpies singing again and successfully casting a spell on one of your companions, it means you will lose control over this character. To break free from Harpy’s influence, try attacking her with other party members to disrupt her concentration and, hopefully, free your character from her grasp.
