Roosevelt’s Stash can be tricky to get to in Stalker 2. Let us guide you on how to reach it and keep its items for yourself.
Players will receive the opportunity to loot Roosevelt’s Stash in Stalker 2 after killing him. This happens during the King of the Hill side quest which is directly tied to the Deal with the Devil main story quest.
You have the option to either kill Shah or Roosevelt. Whichever gangster you put down, you can loot his stash. You can also kill both of them for an added reward. As for Roosevelt, you must visit his location, infiltrate his hideout—whether stealthily or guns blazing—and put an end to him.
Once you put him down, you can grab two PDAs on him. One is for a conversation with Zulu, and the other reveals the location of his stored stash. Now that you have both the PDAs, you can get rid of them properly and be on your way to claim the stash in your name.
For this, you will have to go north in the Cement Factory region. There is a settlement where Jager, the Guide, operates. You will find the stash to be just a little to the southeast of him.
Once you reach the building, which looks like a manufacturing spot, you will see two roofs here. One is lower than the other. Roosevelt has stored his stuff on the lower one. There is no way to get to it except by climbing the conveyor belt inside.
When you reach the top of the belt, the stash is on the lower roof below. Take a look at it through the opening on the left, but don’t jump here. Instead, jump from the right opening because that will be much easier.
Once on the right roof safely, reach the stash, interact with it, and claim the stuff inside.
Is Killing Roosevelt for the Stash Worth It
When you loot the stash, you will find the M860 Cracker pump-action shotgun inside. It is great for dealing high-level damage to enemies. Along with it, you will find 15 12x76MM Slugs to fill the Cracker with. And if you got hurt on your way here, the stash will also treat you with 2 Army Medkits.
If this is early on in the game, you likely don’t have a shotgun as good as the M860 Cracker. However, it may not be of great use later on when you have progressed far enough and have better guns. In this scenario, you can sell it for 5,480 Coupons. We are sure you can make use of the Slugs and Medkits while exploring The Zone on your own.
Those who wish to reap more rewards in this mission should make sure to eliminate The Shah as well. This way, one can get rid of two gangsters in Garbage at once. Moreover, killing Shah will give players access to a stash for the Shah located northwest of the Brood Bar on the rooftop of a Ward base. It will contain a UDP and a silencer, which you may find handy.
So, while Roosevelt’s Stash may be worthy depending on your gun needs, it can always be useful to acquire extra guns to sell for Coupons if not to use them.
