Where to Find Sugar Cane in Enshrouded
You can find Sugar Cane by venturing into the Nomad Highlands and collecting the resources in the zone. It is recommended to have a Flame Altar 4 before attempting to reach this zone.
Sugar Cane is a handy resource to collect in Enshrouded. So it would be best if you made it a priority to casually collect some anytime you are in the Nomad Highlands. One of the easiest ways to collect Sugar Cane is to harvest the plant at the Fanning Ranch just Southeast of the Nomad Highlands Ancient Spire. There are a handful of scavengers in the area so make sure to come prepared to fight.
Farming
One of the best ways to acquire large amounts of Sugar Cane passively is to make farming beds and plant your own Sugar Cane at your base. This allows you to farm as much as you want while being safe. You will need to place Sugar Cane, Farm Soil, and Water in a Seedbed to produce Sugar Cane seedlings which then you can plant. Once fully grown, you can harvest the sugar cane. However, make sure to only harvest the sugar cane when it states “Harvest” not “Collect” as collecting too soon will only give you half the amount of Sugar Cane per plant.
What is Sugar Cane, and What Is It Used for?
Sugar Cane is a valuable resource in Enshrouded, especially when needing high stamina recharge rates. This is especially helpful when collecting resources that include the use of tools. You can consume Sugar Cane in its rawest form, however, you can take it to the Farmer Craftperson. The Farmer can convert the Sugar Cane into Sugar which boosts the recharge rate and increases its duration timer.
Also, consuming Sugar gives a massive boost in stamina recharge rate. Furthermore, you can convert the Sugar to Honey with Beehives. This provides a constant supply of high-stamina recharge food and honey needed for end-game healing potions.
