In Chapter 6 (Isolation) of Split Fiction, the Snaaaaaaaaake Achievement can be earned by triggering a reference to Hideo Kojima’s Metal Gear Solid series. The achievement is hard to unlock intuitively unless your partner has a habit of shooting you the first chance they get.

You can get an opportunity to unlock the Snaaaaaaaaake Achievement past the Prison Courtyard checkpoint in Chapter 6. You will have to play the section where Mio takes the high ground with a sniper turret. As soon as Mio mounts the turret, she should shoot the camera scanning the way ahead of Zoe.

As Zoe rolls forward, Mio will traverse right to the main stealth section. Here, Mio must temporarily disable the cameras and robot guards by shooting them before Zoe can proceed safely. Just as she emerges from the doorway, Zoe will be met with another vigilant camera that her partner needs to neutralize.

Moving forward and then turning right, Zoe will have to wait for Mio to shoot the two patrolling robots and sneak past while they are stunned. Another camera waits around the corner. After moving through the next stretch without hindrance, Zoe can cross the bridge while Mio shoots the drone hovering over its center.

Upon crossing the bridge, there will be a cardboard box ahead of Zoe that she can roll into. Once the box covers her, Mio can shoot Zoe to get the Snaaaaaaaaake Achievement.

For those who may be unfamiliar with the reference, the achievement and the cardboard box are a Metal Gear Solid Easter egg. The protagonist of the game, Solid Snake, uses a cardboard box for some of its stealth sections. As for the “Snaaaaaaaaake,” it comes from the Metal Gear Solid death screen, where the character’s name is shouted dramatically.
