The Slay the Wicked perk grants The Undead Bane the ability to deal an additional 1-6 points of Slashing damage against Fiends and Undead. To get The Undead Bane in Baldur’s Gate 3 you will have to loot it from Ulma, the leader of the Gur, in Act 3. You can encounter Ulma in two different locations. First, in the northeast corner of the Rivington map where a group of Gur has made camp. When you visit the first time a dialogue scene will automatically trigger, and is likely to be more interesting if you have Astarion with you. You can choose to be hostile here and attack so you can loot the greataxe earlier on.

However, depending on how you play out the events in Cazador Szarr’s Palace. If you let Astarion ascend to become a Vampire Lord, then the Gur will stop you on the way out. They will be angry at Astarion’s choice and become hostile. The conflict here cannot be avoided in this situation. After the fight, you can then loot The Undead Bane from Ulma.
