Sleep is an important factor in your life. Similarly, in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, you must put your character to sleep to keep their journey refreshing and hassle-free.

When you’re in a new location, you can always find an inn to sleep in and pass the night. Additionally, it continues to hone your character’s strength and removes fatigue from their bar, allowing them to progress through the land of Cryodill without exhaustion.

However, this mechanic isn’t explained clearly, and you might have trouble finding the correct method to sleep. If you’re looking to learn how to sleep in Oblivion Remastered, you’re at the right place.

This guide will tell you everything you need to know about sleeping in the game, along with the benefits provided. Here’s everything about the Sleep mechanic.

You must sleep to keep your character’s health and fatigue intact in Oblivion Remastered. Not only does it recover your player from every ailment, but it also completely replenishes the health, fatigue, and magicka bar.

However, the most important feature of the Sleep mechanic in the game is commonly neglected: Leveling up. Once you have gained enough experience points, you will notice a moon icon blinking on the top right of your screen. Now, after you sleep, you will be provided with eight stats to level up your character.

To sleep in the game, you will have to interact with available beds. If you’re unfamiliar with where to find one, you can always visit an Inn in the town and pay 20 gold per night. Additionally, you can find beds in various camps set by hostile NPCs around the map.

Go near a bed and interact with it. A prompt will pop up asking how long you want to sleep, and this will immediately pass the time within a matter of seconds.
