How To Use Alternate Attires in WWE 2K25

Alternate attires are a great way to showcase different looks for superstars in WWE 2K25. Here is how to obtain and use them.

WWE 2K25, the latest installment from the WWE 2k franchise, allows players to customize the superstar’s attire. Players can use alternate attires for any superstar that has one. While acquiring the alternate attire can be straightforward, either by creating or obtaining, assigning them can be a bit complex.

Since each mode follows different methods to assign the alter-attires, it can be confusing for players. Follow this guide to learn how to obtain and use the alternate attires in WWE 2K25.

How To Get Alternate Attires in WWE 2K25

Players can acquire alternate attires by either creating their own or downloading attires made by other players. Here is how to do each of them:

Creating an Alternative Attire

Navigate to the Creations menu and head to the Superstar section.
Select your desired superstar for whom you want to create an alternate attire.
This takes you to the Create Your Superstar screen, where you will find the Attire option at the top.
Choose any slot and click edit to create or modify the attire.
Press the ‘Accept’ option twice to return to the Create Your Superstar screen.
Now, click on the Personal Information option and set the Use As Alternate Attire option to ‘Yes.’
Save the changes by pressing the Accept option twice. That’s it.
You can also give your desired name for the attire from the Personal Information menu.

Downloading an Alternative Attire

Navigate to the Online menu and head to the Community Creations section
Choose Download > Superstar.
Select your desired superstar and hit Download.
Now, head to the Superstar section in the Creations menu.
Check for the downloaded attire at the Alternate Attire tab (it will appear here if it is already set as an alternate attire).
If the downloaded attire does not appear, find it in the Superstar section and click the Edit Superstar option.
Head to Personal Information and set the Use As Alternate Attire option to ‘Yes.’

Note: Created Superstars downloaded from Community Creations won’t work as alternative outfits. Only attires edited to preset superstars can be set as alternate attires.
