Defeat Santa Boss
The Winter Update added Santa as a World Boss in the game. Defeating this boss will reward you with Winter Chests if you participate in the boss fight. These chests have a small chance of containing a Winter Bell weapon. Due to how small the drop rate is, you might need to open a lot of Winter Chests.
Just like opening chests that might contain a Demon Finger, you can use Beckoning Cats to increase your chances of obtaining a rare drop in Winter Chests.
Sold in the Black Market
You can use the Candy Canes from the Santa World Boss to trade for rare items in the Black Market, including the Winter Bell. This event shop can be found in the main lobby, beside the Trade Hub. It’s the face of Yuta from the Jujutsu Kaisane anime wearing a black suit and a Christmas hat.
You need 100 Candy Canes to trade for one Winter Bell in the Black Market. This is a good alternate way to get the weapon if you are not lucky with opening Winter Chests in the game.

It is worth it considering it’s free and you can get it in the game through grinding in the Winter Event. On top of that, your extra Candy Canes can be used to unlock some winter-themed equipment and items. You only need to spend a bit of time to grind. However, keep in mind that the Santa boss is Level 5,000 and can be hard to defeat. Make sure you have the best gears to fight this boss.
