Archery competition in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is a mini conquest that helps Henry earn a few more bucks.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is a classic RPG that explores the medieval history of Bohemia. The game features intense combat and adventure. To survive, you will need Groschens, the in-game currency.
The Archery competition is one of many side quests you can take on. Completing this challenge rewards you with extra Groschens and allows you to sharpen your archery skills.
How To Find and Enter the Archery Competition
Head to the Trosky region to find and participate in the archery competition. On the eastern side of the map, you will find the archery range west of Troskowitz, located on a hill with lakes nearby.
Once you reach the archery range, you’ll see a young man sitting there. Approach him and ask about the competition. You can choose from three difficulty levels: Beginner, Experienced, or Master. You have the choice of selecting either a bow or a crossbow. Keep in mind that you have to use your bow in the competition.
How To Get a Bow
Since this quest occurs in the game’s early stages, you may not have a bow yet. No worries—here are a few ways to obtain one:
- Buy it from the organizer of the competition. While this is the easiest option, it is not the most cost-effective.
- Visit the Blacksmith’s house. If you have pre-ordered Kingdom Come Deliverable 2, you’ll find a crossbow in a chest there.
- If you kill the guards and bandits near the competition site, there is a chance you can loot bows and arrows from them, as long as they are carrying these.
How To Win the Archery Competition
For beginners, simply hitting the target with three arrows will secure your win. This task isn’t easy, as there is no assist of crosshair. You have to be patient and wait for the perfect time when your aim is stable, then take the shot.
It may take a few attempts to complete this task, but just keep practicing, and soon you will master the art of archery. Best of luck in the competition!
