Lords of the Fallen Release Date
Developed by Hexworks and published by CI Games, Lords of the Fallen is booth a sequel to and a reboot of the Lords of the Fallen series, of which the original game released in 2014. This time around the game takes on a more grim aesthetic, appearing to take a lot of inspiration from the Dark Souls games. The game map will be much larger than what players found in the original, as well, with the ability to transport themselves between two different realms.
Lords of the Fallen is set to release on October 13, 2023. There has been no official word on exact release times for specific time zones yet, but we will update this page once we have official word from the developers.
Lords of the Fallen Platforms
The Lords of the Fallen game will release on multiple platforms including:
- Playstation 5
- Xbox Series X|S
- PC via Steam
Unfortunately for some, Lords of the Fallen will not be releasing for any previous-gen consoles. The developers were striving to make a truly next-gen game, and the stunning visuals and graphics seen on the game trailers appear to bear this out.
Additionally, any interested players will have to purchase the game in full. Lords of the Fallen will not be coming to Xbox Game Pass or any other subscription service at launch, though it’s possible that may change in the future.
Pre-loads of the game are already available on Xbox Series X|S and Playstation 5 consoles, but no word on when PC players may be able to do the same.
