Here is all you need to know about piglin trades, including the complete list of items they exchange for a gold ingot in Minecraft.

Piglins are neutral mobs in Minecraft that you can trade with. You can them gold in exchange for a variety of useful resources. However, unlike villagers, they give out random items for a piece of gold ingot. Despite this, you will most likely be trading with them due to their unique inventory of items.
Piglins can be found in the nether roaming around the hellish landscape. Alternatively, they spawn in large numbers in their own settlement called the Bastion Remnant. They can get aggressive if you approach them without wearing any gold equipment. Make sure to equip any golden armor piece if you wish to trade with them in peace.
In this guide, we’ll list down all the items you can get through piglin trades and some other information you need to know in Minecraft.

Where to Find Piglins in Minecraft

You can only find piglins in the nether dimension. To get there, you must first build a portal made of obsidian that is at least 4×5 in size. To activate the portal, use a flint and steal to burn the inner part of the structure.
Once the portal is activated, you can proceed to enter the nether dimension. You will need to explore the landscape until you find a group of piglins or a Bastion Remnant structure.
