Biomes O’ Plenty is one of the classic world-generation expansion mods on the list. The new biomes featured in this mod are far too many to mention. 3. Better Combat

You can even paint the mechanism to camouflage it with the surrounding blocks. This allows you to seamlessly blend your massive storage system into your base’s design.
5. Nature’s Compass

Considering how expansive your world is going to be with the Biomes O’ Plenty, you will need Nature’s Compass to help you navigate. This simple utility item allows you to locate any biome you want, anywhere in your world, even those added by a mod.
6. Waystones

One of the biggest problems that Minecraft players face is marking locations and going back and forth between them. This gets more frustrating when the locations you want to mark are underground. Waystones looks to remedy this issue by providing, as the name suggests, waystones that allow you to teleport to the locations in which they are placed.
You will need to pay with your experience points to teleport. However, they are fully configurable and can be removed entirely if you find it annoying. You can even allow you friends to use the waypoints when playing in multiplayer. It’s very convenient that you can’t miss not having it in your modded playthroughs.

Sodium is the new mod in the block that challenges Optifine as one of the best performance-enhancing mods in the game. However, if you want to get the most out of this mod, you can try installing it on Fabric version mods. This is my personal favorite, especially when playing mod packs like Better Minecraft which has over 250+ mods installed.
