Popular TikTok influencer Ashton Hall has been going viral on various social media channels for his morning routine. Jimmy “MrBeast” joined in on the trend and reminded netizens to dunk their faces in ice water.

For the uninitiated, Ashton Hall makes morning routine videos that feature him practicing grooming and other tasks as he starts the day. Several netizens have since made memes on the influencer for his 5-hour-long routine. The YouTube superstar tweeted on X, saying:

“Morning gang, don’t forget to dunk your face in ice water today “

Along with MrBeast, several other content creators have also reacted to Ashton Hall. MrBeast once again referenced the meme and showed messages from his supposed personal assistant trying to wake him up for the routine.

The YouTuber stated that he accidentally missed his morning routine. The personal assistant messaged Jimmy over eight times referencing the various routines featured in Ashton Hall’s videos. The messages from his personal assistant also referenced Ashton rubbing a banana peel on his face in one of the videos.

MrBeast referred to the viral morning routine video that has been making rounds on social media. The video features Ashton Hall, who is a popular influencer and online coach. Hall has over 8.8M followers on Instagram and over 4.8M followers on TikTok. His content features around helping individuals to transform and grow their presence online.

He is also a fitness coach and has posted several body transformations online. Ashton claims that he has been doing the 3:50 AM to 9:30 AM morning routine for over six months. The influencer also stated that he has been an online coach for over four years. In the video going viral on social media, Hall wrote:

“Day 191 of the morning routine that changed my life 3:50am to 9:30am Sin lives late at night.. if you’re dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity go to sleep early. 4:00am – 8:00am no one’s calling or distracting your productivity.. they are sleep. 8:00pm – 12:00am is the opposite. The video has gotten over 672.9M Views as of this writing and over 191K likes on X.
