How To Start the Hircine Quest in Oblivion Remastered
To begin the Hircine quest, travel to Imperial City. Once there, head south of the city and locate the Hircine Shrine, situated west of the Nibenay Valley. As the Hircine quest is a Daedric quest, you must fulfill certain requirements. These are:
- You must reach Level 17.
- You must provide wolf or bear pelts as an offering to the Hircine Shrine.
You can get wolf or bear pelts by defeating wolves or bears. Once you defeat them, collect pelts from their corpses. Also, if you want an easy way, purchase them from the Three Brothers Trade Goods shop. Once you meet both requirements, arrive at the Hircine Shrine to activate it and obtain the attached quest.
Completing Hircine Quest in Oblivion Remastered
Once you provide the offering to the Hircine Shrine, you will receive a quest in which you need to retrieve a Unicorn Horn. For this, head to Harcane Grove, southeast of the Hircine Shrine. Once there, you will find a Unicorn and three Minotaurs. The quest does not require the elimination of these Minotaurs, so kill only those who attack you.
Kill the Unicorn and collect its horn from the corpse. Afterward, return to the shrine and interact with it to complete the Hircine quest. Also, you will receive Saviour’s Hide as a reward.
