Oblivion Remastered has a ton of side quests, all of which expand upon the massive world of Cyrodiil and its inhabitants. These quests take you to several different locations, putting you up against a variety of enemies. If the thrill of learning new lore and fighting new enemies is not enough, these quests also lure you in with Gold and other valuables as rewards. Lost Legacy is a quest in Oblivion Remastered that checks all the aforementioned boxes.

In Lost Legacy, you set out to help Guilbert and Reynald, the Jemane brothers. These brothers wish to reconnect and tap into their family legacy, and require your help to reclaim their lands. The lands have been overrun by ogres, who have proven to be insurmountable for the brothers. The Jemanes now need your help and offer gold as a reward. Lost Legacy is one of the more fun quests in the game, and we are here to walk you through it with our guide.

You unlock the Lost Legacy quest by completing the Separated at Birth quest in the game. Once complete, the Jemane brothers approach you asking for help in reclaiming their ancestral home. The quest will then be added to your quest log.

As the quest begins, your first course of action is to find the location of Weatherleah, the Jemane ancestral home. Head to the town of Chorrol and ask the people in town about Weatherleah. The townsfolk will then direct you towards Sabine Laul at the Fighters Guild. Head to the guild and ask Sabine Laul about Weatherleah. Sabine will then mark Weatherleah on your map, which is directly south of Chorrol.

Head to Weatherleah and defeat the ogres terrorizing the lands. Once you have defeated all the ogres, return to Guilbert Jemane in Chorrol and report the matter to him. Agree to escort Guilbert and lead him to Weatherleah. You do not have to escort him all the way and can directly fast travel. He will teleport to the area with you. This is ideal if you wish to save time. Lead Guilbert indoors and talk to him to complete the quest and receive gold as a reward.
