He does a combo where he does two wind slice attacks and then a heave slam, which is indicated by his turning red. The boss just does slam and has charge ability. As for the ads, the ones in the back who are shooting the arrows they’ll shoot at you when you’re close to the back of the arena.
They also shoot a barrage of arrows in a line that will hone your position, so make sure you are running away from that. Little hyena ads are also available on the bottom side of the arena. They will gather around and at an indicated time they’re all going to charge up and jump on you. You can hover to the side of the boss arena and fight the boss to the side to avoid the hyena. However, Jamanra deceives you and escapes once again, but not without assembling Tor Gul, The Defiler from the pile of bones in the area. This kicks off the boss fight.

L’im the Impaler
- Boss Type: Optional
- Damage Type: Physical
- Resistances: Physical
- Weaknesses: None
Facing L’im the Impaler in Path of Exile 2 can be quite challenging. She is not a “main boss” because you don’t fight her to wrap up a quest, but rather a “mini-boss” that you can stumble upon while completing already existing objectives. This encounter doesn’t start with an ambush as you might expect. Moreover, you will even see the fight coming because of the bodies impaled around you. However, that doesn’t mean that L’im won’t be expecting you. Look out, because she can inflict the Bleed status effect. All of her attacks can be evaded by rolling sideways from where you are standing.
One of the tactics you can use to damage her is coming close enough to let her start the spear stabs, rolling away, and waiting nearby to bombard her with attacks as her combo fades away. L’im the Impaler feels confident enough to not call upon any minions. This gives you an advantage over her. However, one slight issue that you might face in the arena is that of space. There is not much of it. So, you have to be more aggressive than usual. But make sure to evade the attacks coming from the mini-boss.

The reward for defeating the L’im the Impaler is drop loot as you can gain rare items from it.
The Ninth Treasure of Keth
- Boss Type: Optional
- Damage Type: Physical + Lightning
- Resistances: Physical + Lightning
- Weaknesses: Cold
The Ninth Treasure of Keth is found in Act 2 of Path of Exile 2. The boss is found in The Galleria. Keep in mind that the Ninth Treasure of Keth’s location is generated at random. In our case, we found the boss resting on the northwestern end of The Galleria, but the location is likely to be different in your case. We recommend thoroughly searching the area to find the Ninth Treasure of Keth.
The Ninth Treasure of Keth is a pretty standard affair. The boss is a slow, giant beetle-like creature that hits hard but does so predictably. The real catch comes through the swarm of beetles nearby. The enemies swarm you as you engage the Ninth Treasure of Keth, and suddenly, you’re in a battle against both the giant creature and the mob.
The beetles swarm you in large numbers, and while they deal minimal damage, the sheer numbers stack up and can easily result in death. While the giant boss is an imposing figure, we recommend prioritizing the beetle swarm first and dealing with them. Focus on the swarm and kill them. Using standard attacks would take too long, so we suggest relying on AOE attacks to get the job done. AOE attacks will kill the swarm fast and easily.

Charged Attack | The boss stops moving sometimes and charges to burst with red energy | Immediately back up when you see the boss stop moving |

The reward for defeating The Ninth Treasure of Keth is a random jewel.
Sisters of Garukhan
- Boss Type: Optional
- Damage Type: Physical
- Resistances: Physical + Fire + Cold
- Weaknesses: Lightning
You find the Sisters of Garukhan in the Spires of Deshar in Act 2 of Path of Exile 2. Spawn at the waypoint in the Spires of Deshar and take the catwalk heading towards the south. Keep going from pillar to pillar till you enter a large eight-sided arena with Kinarha stationed on each corner. Interact with the altar at the center, and the Kinarha mob will be brought to life as the Sisters of Garukhan, kick off the boss fight.
The Sisters of Garukhan are a massive mob of reanimated Kinarha that overwhelm you through sheer numbers, with very little going on otherwise. The boss is designed to test your mobility while handling and cutting down the large mob.
The best way to deal with this mob is through the use of AOE attacks. As we stated earlier, the mob overwhelms you through numbers, so more often than not, they are bundled together and right next to each other. You can use AOE attacks to deal damage to large chunks of the mob at one time. Stay on your toes, circle around the arena, and make sure you never have the mob pinching you from both sides. Use AOE attacks and chip away at their HP to defeat the Sisters of Garukhan boss. The reward for defeating the Sisters of Garukhan is +10% to Lightning Resistance.
Watchful Twins
- Boss Type: Optional
- Damage Type: Physical + Lightning + Cold
- Resistances: Physical + Fire + Cold + Lightning
- Weaknesses: None
You find the dreaded Watchful Twins during Act 2 of Path of Exile 2. You will come across the boss arena while exploring the ruins of Deshar. As you venture deeper into the area, you will see a mounting number of carcasses along your path. The entrance to their arena is marked by a makeshift wooden arch gate. Enter the arena, and you will find a pile of corpses and gold. The boss fight will kick off as you reach the center.
There are no specific attacks you need to watch out for when fighting the Watchful Twins. The two creatures are hounds, both visually and mechanically. All the two creatures do is swipe, slash, and smash. What makes this problematic is the lack of cues and reaction time given to identify which attack is which. All we know is, if you’re a bit further away, they’re likely to jump and smash the ground you stand on. The other two attacks have no identifiable cues.
