With the release of EAFC 25, many new mechanics were introduced to the game, with one of them being the Personality Tier mechanic.
EAFC 25 has overhauled some of the franchise’s core mechanics and tactics to make the player experience even better. The game has introduced a brand new FC IQ that has replaced the older tactics in EAFC, and players can now sort duplicates differently. The walkout animations have also changed. However, the Personality Tier system, in particular, has caught everyone’s eyes.
Personality Tier in EAFC 25
The Personality Tiers focus on Playstyles. Gamers can unlock Playstyles only by progressing through the Personality Tiers. Each tier has a significant impact on your game. You can customize how you want to upgrade a player as new Playstyles will get unlocked when you ascend the ladder.
After reaching the pinnacle of the Personality Tiers, gamers can unlock the Playstyle Plus feature, a skill in the game over which the selected player has incredible control. For example, Kylian Mbappe has the Quickstep Plus Playstyle that allows him to travel rapidly with the ball at his feet and not lose control.
EAFC 25 comes with different origin stories based on which gamers are assigned Playstyles. If you want to begin from 0 Playstyles, select Clean Slate Origin Story, which allows you to develop your team from the beginning. At the start of the origin story, you will be able to choose a singular Playstyle for the player. EA Sports has also introduced the option of starting from any point of the origin story. For example, Great Expectations, Return to Glory, and Climb to the Top Origin Stories begin from higher Personality Tiers.
EA Sports has completely revamped the system of player development. With Personality Tiers, gamers can now have players with various Playstyles as well as Playstyle Plus.
