You unlock the Shock and Awe challenge as the second set of challenges received by Slappi. This challenge requires you to overcome five creatures at once by shocking them – a task that is much easier said than done. Enemies in this game move frantically, and it is seemingly impossible to find five enemies bundled up together for one shocking blow.
To complete the Shock and Awe challenge, head to the teleporter and select Planet Xephyr. This will bring up a map of the planet. Go to the bottom left corner of this map and select the Pillars of Turpitude teleporter. Spawn in on the teleporter and head southeast towards the cliffs. Stick to the edges of the cliffs and circle around them to find a giant skeleton. Climb atop this skeleton and look south. You will find a group of five to six enemies bundled up together down below.
Open your inventory and throw down some bait to get the enemies even closer together. Use some Ferrous Goo to slow down these enemies, ensuring they do not escape. Paint the ground near them, and then connect electrified mushrooms to light up the area and shock all five at once.
Should you fail at catching five, there’s no need to worry. In such cases, you can head back to the teleporter and teleport back into the area once again. This will respawn all the enemies, and you can repeat the same strategy. We recommend exercising patience and timing your throw carefully to avoid any mishaps.
