Runescape Dragonwilds: How To Make Adhesive

Adhesive is a useful crafting material in Runescape Dragonwilds. It is usually used in a Tannery to craft other items of use. We can’t exactly call it a “primary resource” because it isn’t found in the wild. If you go out searching for Adhesive, you will not find it anywhere. Fortunately, there is a simple recipe for players interested in getting their hands on Adhesive in the new game by Jagex.

Obtaining Adhesive in Runescape Dragonwilds

There is only one raw material that you need to acquire to create Adhesive. This material is called Swamp Tar. As the name suggests, it is found in swamps. Two popular locations to gather Swamp Tar are Whispering Swamp and Bloodblight Swamp. The latter will be more accessible towards the endgame. Whispering Swamp, however, is right above Bramblemead Valley, which is much more easily accessible. Here, players can either find Swamp Tar on the ground or by killing poisonous rats that drop this item. The conversion rate of Swamp Tar to Adhesive is 1:1.

However, to convert tar into the desired material, you must craft a Kiln. You can easily do so by gathering 8 Ash Logs, 20 Stone, 6 Clay, and 10 Fire Runes. Once you have crafted a Kiln, you can easily put Swamp Tar in it by interacting and placing the item in the topmost box. Next, simply start the process. The amount of Swamp Tar you put in will give you that many Adhesive. For example, you will get one Adhesive for one Swamp Tar, and so on.

Once the circle animation around Adhesive is complete, it will be ready to claim and put to good use.
