In this article, we will discuss the second stage of Neon Revenge and how to complete the Play Me Techno mission in Split Fiction.
The second chapter of Split Fiction is all about diving into Mio’s creative visions and her science fiction stories. In this article, we will look at how to complete the Play Me Techno mission. After the fast-paced introduction of this chapter, both Mio and Zoe jump off the truck as soon as they destroy the antagonizing cop car. You both drop down and trigger a cutscene.
This is where a floating teleportation orb is introduced in the game at the end of the alley behind you. You can choose to interact with the orb and play a scrapped story idea of Zoe’s in the side mission or continue with the mission at hand.

Play Me Techno Mission In Split Fiction
The objective of this mission is to reach the first boss in this chapter, Mr. Hammer. This mission is bundled with two trophies, an Easter egg, and an exclusive techno party, which we get to crash. To acquire the trophies, you do not need to derail too much from your path. Just an extra set of easy actions is required to get them.
Stage 1
Both of you need to run forward to the entrance of the alley. From here, Mio will go to her left. There is a purple hexagonal platform that she can use to reach the other side of the building. Once there, a second purple surface is available for her to return to normal gravity.
Over here, a set of purple balls generates. Slice through the balls to launch it towards Zoe. Use Zoe to grab a hold of it and break the glass window to the building on her left. Now, get into the building and go to the other end. Have Mio, slice another ball, this time aiming at the glass window to the right side of the same building. Have Zoe exit the building and reach outside. Over here, one of the trophies can be acquired.

Stage 2
Wait for Mio to fling another ball towards you. Grab a hold of it and break the glass window to the building on the left. Now jump and dash inside the building and ascend the flight of stairs. Turn to the right, and you will finally be able to reunite with Mio.
Once you jump down from the building, turn to your left, and you will see another glass window. Have Mio pass you another ball to break the glass window. Mio will be able to make her way into the building with the help of a purple hexagonal surface. Zoe will wait until Mio circles to the outside of the building and drops a ladder down for her. Use the ladder to scale up to the roof of the building.
After that, use Zoe to open the garage door by dragging it up. Now run through the graffiti tunnel and take a left from there. After jumping down, Zoe will see an elephant on the top of a building. This is where you can get the second trophy.

Stage 3
Run towards the left side, and you will enter a graffiti tunnel again. This is the entrance to the subway. Disable the green shield using Mio and Zoe’s collaborative effort. Now enter and take a right, run down the flight of stairs, and reach the last platform at the end of the lane. Wait for a train to pass, and immediately run across the track till you reach the next platform to your left, and quickly enter it.
Do the same on the other side as well. This time, there will be two grapple hooks on your path to help dodge the incoming trains. Grapple onto the hooks when prompted and reach the last platform to your left.
Inside this platform, to your left by the chairs, you will see a radio. If you play around with it, you will hear an easter egg by Josef Fares, where he calls out the Oscars and states that games deserve more recognition.
Stage 4
Now, run up the stairs, have Mio break the lock followed by Zoe opening the gate, and proceed to the left up the stairs. Once out, continue running in the left direction and grapple swing, wall run, and grapple swing to the next building. From there, turn right and grapple on the hook to swing towards the ladder on the building. Climb up the building and climb the slabs till you reach the very top of the building.
Here you will see a huge fan and to its right a small machine. With Zoe, lift the machine up, followed by Mio slicing it. This will cause the fan to stop spinning. You can now jump through the gap between the blades, and down into the party.
Stage 5
Swing across the area towards the right side. After three swings, you both will reach a platform. To your left is a yellow rod, which you must jump on and scale to the top. Leap forward onto the metal grill bridge and jump across it till you see a platform to your right. With Zoe, interact with a lever. This will raise the level of your platform, and you can then jump on that platform.
From their jump on the next metal bridge in front of you. Swing and jump across the interactable hooks and bridges on your way till you reach the end platform of this party. Run till you reach the cylindrical elevator in front of you, which you need to enter and interact with. This begins the cutscene for the next boss fight.
