After Star Wars, Jedi Fallen Order was well-received in 2019, Respawn Entertainment decided to continue the story of Cal Kestis. Just a few weeks left before players can start their new journey in the highly-anticipated sequel. The story of the Jedi Survivor takes place 5 years after the previous game’s events, and Cal, the powerful Jedi Knight, is now “the Empire most wanted”.
Players could take a first look at the story and what awaits in the sequel during the game awards in 2022. The Trailer had a dark tone and gave players a glimpse of the characters and what is coming. However, the latest 9-minute gameplay from IGN adds many details and showcases the direction of the game. You can watch it here.
Star Wars Jedi Survivor Release Date
Jedi Survivor will launch on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S on April 28, 2023. Previously, the game was set to release six weeks earlier on March 17th, but developers pushed it back to “provide the polished game the fans deserve”.

Where can I buy Star Wars Jedi Survivor?
PC players can buy the game on Steam and Epic Games Store. Also, the game will be available for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S stores. Probably Jedi Survivor won’t appear in Game Pass right away. Sadly, Respawn Entertainment hasn’t provided any official details about it yet. However, we can expect the game to eventually appear in the Season Pass. Fallen Order is currently available via EA Play so the same will most likely happen to the new sequel at some point.
